“I had a very difficult experience involving Erie insurance taking money out of my account for the automated monthly payment. I had bad timing and didn’t change my bank account in time, which caused Erie to overdraft my account (and, because M&T Bank are a bunch of crooks, incur overdraft fees). Once I told Jennifer and Sarah of this issue, they leapt into action. Not only did they credit the money to my next month’s premium, but also refunded me the overdraft fees for that transaction, as well as the several other transactions that were over-drafted as a result of that charge. J. E. Schenk earned my business for life. I will never use another insurance company again.”
