“I have been with J.E. Schenk & Associates since I started driving 7 years ago, and my parents have been with them for over 2 decades ago, and we have always had nothing but great experiences. They have always been so responsive and helpful, and filing claims has been quick and painless. I truly have felt protected by my insurance while I’ve been with them, and I have never had to worry about not being covered. We’ve dealt with broken windshields, minor rear ends, even totaled cars, and they have been so helpful throughout it all.
When I first got my own insurance as a 22 year old, I had no idea what I was doing, but they walked me through everything and found ways to save me money. Now, when I’m preparing to move out of Maryland for the first time and have little idea on how to re-register my car and get new insurance in my new state, they have been tremendously helpful in explaining what steps I need to take with them and the MVA, and making sure they don’t overcharge me when I switch carriers.
