M A., Ellicott City, Maryland“Erie’s customer’s always alwways come first, and this time it saved me. I sent Erie a cancellation letter for 2 policies I wouild no longer need since I am retiring. Howecer I mailed the letter the wrong address and Errie never received my letter. After 2 months Cindy sent me an email indicating the policies would be canceleld per non-payment. I thought nothing of it, since that is what I desired. Except, because they did not receive the cancellation letter I was supposed to pay for the 2 months+ that the policies were still in affect. After explaong to them that I was the one that messed up, they excepted my cancellation letter that I scanned and email to them this time, and they waved the 2 months of premiums.
I have recommended the J.E. Schenk & Associates Insurance company to many friends, they are also happy they are now doing business with this customer friendly firm.
